For former CASI evaluators seeking to resume course evaluations.
Evaluators who have not attended an Evaluator Training Update in three (3) years are considered Lapsed Evaluators. If your evaluator status has lapsed, please fill this form to provide details about your past experience and your interest in returning.
Because every situation is unique, your returning evaluator process will be tailored based on your application review.

We will evaluate factors including your time away from CASI courses, total years out of the industry, and whether you have remained active through instructing, coaching or evaluating with other organizations.
